Key Responsibilitie

• s:Project Leadership: Lead and oversee the entire life cycle of wood frame and future concrete construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standard
• s.Team Management: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assembling and leading a high-performing project team. Foster collaboration, provide guidance, and motivate team members to achieve project goal
• s.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic project plans, considering all aspects of construction, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction phase
• s.Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication throughout the project duratio
• n.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with construction projects, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project deliver
• y.Quality Assurance: Uphold and enforce high-quality standards in all project deliverables. Implement and monitor quality control processes to guarantee the excellence of the final produc
